License grant: current Helm Mechanical employees, and persons expressly
authorized in writing by Helm Mechanical, may install and use this tool
(including as an installed offline copy) solely for Helm Mechanical work.
No other use, copying, or distribution is permitted.

Termination: this authorization ends automatically when employment or
written authorization ends. On termination, all installed copies must be
uninstalled and any retained copies deleted.

No warranty: the tool and its results are provided "AS IS", without
warranty of any kind. Results are estimates and must be verified by a
qualified professional against applicable codes before use in any
installation, bid, or permit submission.

Limitation of liability: Helm Mechanical is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this tool or
its results.
